what do people typically spend on your services?

I have three package option ranging from $2600-$3500. Most people spend $3000 on their wedding film collection.

what happens if we have to cancel or change our date?

Retainer fees are non-refundable, however any monies paid can be applied to future services as long as we have the date available.

how do you go about filming the wedding day?

We do our best to fade into the background on the big day. Most couples for get we are there once the ceremony kicks off and the day progresses. We do very little (if any) directing. I find that my films have a very natural feel because we prefer to capture events as they unfold, rather than orchestrating the story.

hoe many people are on your team?

We work in a team of two. Susan starts the day with the one side of the bridal party and Tiffany with the other. We come together when you do to ensure we don’t miss a thing

how can we reserve our date?

Your date is officially reserved once a contract is signed and your retainer of $1000 is received. Both contract and retainer can be executed online.

can we choose our own music?

All music used in your creative films must be licensed. I typically choose that music based upon your musical taste and the overall feel of the the story. Couples are welcome to browse my sources for licensed music and offer suggestions, if they would like.

how long will it take to get our film collection?

The official turnaround time for film collections is 16 weeks, though it often is a much shorter wait.

do you have certain photographers that you work with?

We pride ourselves on being extremely easy for all vendors to work with with, including photographers. Of course we have our favorites, but we are happy to work with anyone. We are “Team Newlyweds” on the big day!
